Carrels are assigned according to eligible department, application date, and applicant’s status. First priority will be given to faculty, seniors, and graduate students in their final year. You will be notified by email when your carrel is assigned. After you receive notification, it is very important that you come to the Access Office to sign the paperwork and pick up either your carrel combination or key by the date specified in the notification. Carrels not picked up by the date specified, will be reassigned. In addition, carrels which do not show signs of use, will be reassigned.
