ORRS Help

If you are experiencing trouble accessing the ORRS, remember that passwords are case sensitive. You may also need to check the following settings in your browser:

 
Mozilla Firefox 2.*:
  • Go to Tools.
  • Click on Options.
  • Click on Privacy.
  • Under Cookies, make sure Accept cookies from sites is checked.
  • Click Exceptions and make sure any website that contains princeton.edu is not blocked.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 7:
  • Go to Tools.
  • Click on Internet Options.
  • Click on the Privacy Tab.
  • Make sure that the slider is not set at Block All Cookies. If it is, move the slider down at least one notch.
  • Click on Sites. Make sure princeton.edu is not blocked. If it is, select it and click the Remove button. Under Address of Website, type princeton.edu and click Allow.
Apple Macintosh Safari 2.0.4:
  • Next to the Apple logo at the top left, click Safari.
  • Click Preferences.
  • Click Security.
  • Next to Accept Cookies, make sure that Only for sites you navigate to is selected.
