Guidelines, then fill out the
Room Reservation Form. To change or delete a room reservation, contact the Administration Office.
An asterisk in the Date/Time box indicates that a scheduled event is not
If you need to use a room that is already scheduled, you should first try
to negotiate with the person who has already reserved the room, or, if this
is not possible, apply to the
Administration Office to adjudicate
