Currently Reserved Rooms

To reserve a room, first read the Guidelines, then fill out the Room Reservation Form. To change or delete a room reservation, contact the Administration Office.

An asterisk in the Date/Time box indicates that a scheduled event is not firm.  

If you need to use a room that is already scheduled, you should first try to negotiate with the person who has already reserved the room, or, if this is not possible, apply to the Administration Office to adjudicate the problem.

This schedule displays dates for the current three months only. To reserve a room for a date beyond this, contact the Administration Office.

(For Firestone - no meetings will be scheduled after 12/31/2017 due to new room reservations app being live for January 2018.)
